  • Can the products be used with the free Kontakt Player?

    Both RSB and RSB-Free require full version of Native Instruments Kontakt 5.5 or newer. They will run on free Kontakt Player, but only on demo mode for a short period before requiring a restart.

  • Can I install the product(s) on more than one computer?

    Yes, you are allowed to install the products on more than one computer as long as you are the user of that computer. However, installing the product on someone else’s computer or allowing them to install the product on their computer is forbidden.

  • I can't find the product(s) under the libraries tab in Kontakt

    That is because only libraries that are licensed to use the Kontakt Player can be found there. You can find the product easily by navigating to the product folder using the files tab in Kontakt and loading it from there.

  • I am expecting an email from Soundventor, but it is not coming through

    Usually this is because, sometimes emails go to the spam folder, so check your spam folder. If you still can’t find it, please contact support.
